About
The Goddard School of Aubrey offers an inquiry-focused curriculum that includes STEAM learning, music appreciation, chess, dance, handwriting, nutrition, physical fitness, and world cultures. Children participate in activities in an indoor gym, on a basketball court and rock wall, on playgrounds and shaded playgrounds, and at a splash pad cum sports court. The program also includes American Sign Language, yoga and mindfulness, engaging enrichment activities, after-school programs, and summer camp, along with fresh fruit and vegetable snacks.

The Goddard School of Aubrey is led by Zahra, the onsite owner. Zahra has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in education from The Aga Khan University. She worked in early childhood education for 12 years, including 8 years as a teacher and 4 years as a manager of curriculum and training.
Zahra’s mission as the owner of The Goddard School located in Aubrey is for children to build a strong foundation for a healthy, happy and successful life. She believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to teaching children and that they learn in multiple ways through fun learning experiences. She is committed to providing a safe and nurturing learning environment for children ages six weeks to six years old using an engaging play-based curriculum.
The program uses the Wonder of Learning education program and offers secondary languages. The school lists tenured teachers and low ratios. Safety and health-related features include a biometric entry device, finger guards, a gate alarm, an iris scanner, key fobs, outdoor security cameras, parking lot bollards, supervised lobby entry, and Zono.
