Bake Austin Summer Camps offers Baking 101, Cookie Camp, Cake Camp 1, Bread Camp, Cake Camp 2, Cupcake Camp, and Baking Around the World. Kids work with real tools, real recipes, and real techniques, and they clean up after themselves. The summer camps run Monday-Friday, 9:00am-1:00pm.

About the provider
Bake Austin was born in 2012. In 2020, it expanded into virtual classes. Chef Lucy has been teaching at Bake Austin for seven years. Bake Austin is a hands-on culinary academy for kids ages 7-17, teaching kids to bake from scratch and giving them real skills they carry into everyday life.
In-person classes are at the Genesis Creative Collective, 1507 Wilshire Blvd, Austin, TX 78722. Drop-off is 9:00 AM and pick-up is 1:00 PM. Early drop-off and late pick-up are not available. There is a 10-minute grace period for pick-up; after 1:10 PM, a late fee of $2 per minute is charged. Authorized parents or caretakers must sign children in and out each day. For in-person classes, full refund cancellations must be made no later than 2 weeks before the start date.
