Barça Academy US offers development soccer programs, competitive soccer programs, an internal league, external competitive games, and participation in US Club and USYS tournaments. The program includes league participation with regular competition, internal games and friendlies, a Technical Program, a Pre Academy Program, a Goalkeeper Program with reduced groups based on age and level, and the Barça Academy Internal League. It also offers official FC Barcelona soccer camps, a year-round program to train and compete at the highest level, and international travel to Barcelona.

Barça Academy US is the official soccer school of FC Barcelona and is the official academy of FC Barcelona in the United States, targeting boys and girls between the ages of six and eighteen. The program follows the same structure, operations, training sessions, and methodology as FC Barcelona’s first team and youth academy, with the goal of following and replicating the game model established by FC Barcelona's coaching teams. Official FC Barcelona coaches and technical directors move to the United States for the entire year to conduct weekly training sessions and teach the techniques of the club, and a Technical Director from the club is responsible for implementing the technical, tactical, physical, and physiological training aspects throughout the entire season. The main goal of Barça Academy is to give players around the world the opportunity to learn the methodologies and values of FC Barcelona, transmitting the values that represent the club: HEART – Humility, Effort, Ambition, Respect, and Teamwork, embracing Barça values at all times, and extending the Barça methodology worldwide. The program offers an exclusive annual training program based on the unique Barça style and unique Barça style of play, with open access (no tryouts required) for the Technical Program and Pre Academy Program.
