kidsActing Studio Classes and Camps

kidsActing Studio Classes and Camps offers classes and camps where students take part in acting, singing, movement, storytelling, and collaboration. Students participate in these activities in a safe, supportive environment where they are encouraged to be creative, expressive, confident, and themselves, while having fun.

• Ages: 3–18 years old

kidsActing Studio has been successfully empowering Austin’s kids through the performing arts since 1980. Its mission states that it inspires confidence, creativity, and self-expression in students from preschool through high school (ages 3–19) and encourages students to strive for excellence not only on stage, but in all aspects of life. The program is led by passionate, professional teaching artists. It offers fun, inclusive after-school classes, one-week and multi-week camps, school break camps, summer camps, and fully staged productions for all experience levels. With 15 locations across the Austin area, kidsActing makes arts education accessible to families throughout the community. kidsActing Studio is Austin's longest running theatre school and Austin's longest-running youth theatre program, and it has been voted Austin's Best Theatre Camp, as well as Best Theatre Camp in Round Rock, Westlake, Pflugerville, Dripping Springs, Georgetown, Buda, and Kyle.
