The program’s mission statement says that circus is for “Every Body” and that its mission is to make circus arts accessible and empowering for everyone, with classes, camps, and performances that emphasize safety, cultivate creativity, and celebrate diversity for students of all ages and abilities. The organization has a Safe Space Statement and policies that emphasize physical and emotional safety and a zero tolerance policy for harassment, and it acknowledges being located on the Indigenous lands of Turtle Island and specific Indigenous peoples.

Adult tumbling classes at Sky Candy are taught by a former Cirque du Soleil performer and gymnastics coach, and the owner is Winnie Hsia.
