First Baptist Church of Corinth Children’s Ministries

First Baptist Church of Corinth Children’s Ministries includes activities such as Wednesday Night Meals before Bible Study, Vacation Bible School, Children’s Church, Preschool Childcare, and Small Group Bible Studies for all ages. The program also offers special events like an AHG Pancake Breakfast and a visit to the ICR Discovery Center that includes the planetarium show. Children’s Church for K–4th grade meets on the 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th Sundays during the 10:30 am Worship Service, and 3rd Sundays are reserved for families to worship together in the Main Worship Center.

• Price: Wednesday Night Meals cost $5 per person with a $20 maximum per household, and kids under 4 eat free; the ICR Discovery Center visit costs $16 for seniors age 60+, first responders, and veterans, $18 for adults age 18+, $14 for children age 5–17, and is free for ages 0–4; the AHG Pancake Breakfast costs $10 per person.

All teachers and caregivers in First Baptist Church of Corinth Children’s Ministries undergo a thorough background check before they are allowed to serve with children. The church states that it is built around the family and has special ministries for children. American Heritage Girls Troop TX1160 hosts a pancake fundraiser at the church as part of the community involvement. The program notes a “come as you are” atmosphere with no expectations for attire and provides convenient parking spaces for first-time guests near the main entrance and the preschool entrance.
