Xplor Preschool & School Age Care

Xplor Preschool & School Age Care uses the Links to Learning preschool curriculum, which includes activities in literacy, math, art, science, and social skills. Teachers personalize learning to match the interests, learning styles, and abilities of each child. The program offers school-age summer camp and before and after care.

Xplor Preschool was founded in 2008 in Fort Worth, Texas. Xplor of Crowley, TX is committed to providing exceptional preschool education to children in the Burleson, Coventry, Benbrook, Panther Heights, and Tarleton State University communities and beyond. Xplor of Crowley, TX provides preschool education to children in these communities and beyond.

The program is a NAEYC-accredited preschool. Classrooms are described as warm and inviting. The staff cleans classrooms and common areas often and pays extra attention to doorknobs, light switches, and toys, and all cleaning products are kept in locked cabinets where students cannot reach them. Only registered families, staff, and visitors can enter, all visitors must check in at the front desk, show ID, and wear a visitor badge, and strict policies state that only approved adults can pick up a child. The program follows a culture of care physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually, and uses a language of care that emphasizes respectful language in all interactions. Teachers are trained to follow a face-to-name rule to account for each child.

Teachers participate in ongoing professional development and go through extensive background checks and interviews. Professional development is provided in child abuse awareness and prevention, CPR, allergy protocol, first aid, proper supervision, and behavior management. Spring Education Group, which includes this program, is majority-owned by investment funds administered by Primavera Holdings Limited.
