San Jacinto College Summer Camps include a wide range of activities such as daily rehearsals that build up to a theatrical production at the end of each week in Kidspot Theatre Camp, hands-on projects with LEGO in LEGO Showdown: Build, Code, Conquer!, and designing, building, and coding 18x18 inch metal robots over four days in Robots Rumble. Campers can take part in sports-focused options like Baseball Camp, which covers the fundamentals of hitting, fielding, throwing, base running, and pitching, and a Softball Camp technique clinic for girls that teaches progressions, offers constructive feedback, and assists in improving techniques and training. Kidspot Theatre Camp holds daily rehearsals that lead to a theatrical performance at the end of each week. The Summer Transportation Institute Camp includes learning about land, water, and air transportation through field trips, presentations, and projects that relate to a variety of careers in each area. EnergyVenture uses fun hands-on activities to introduce middle school students to fields within the energy industry and allows middle school students to return each year to reunite with friends and build on their learning.
Baseball Camp focuses on the fundamentals of hitting, fielding, throwing, base running, and pitching, while the Softball Camp clinic is specifically for girls aged 6–13 and focuses on technique progressions, feedback, and training. Maritime Career Day for 6th–8th graders is a one-day camp where campers learn about careers in the maritime industry through a Ship Simulator, Fire Field, Water Survival Tank, Lifeboat Davit, and more, and campers are instructed to bring a swimsuit and towel. Maritime Career Day for 9th–12th graders is also a one-day camp that explores careers in the maritime industry through fun activities at the Maritime Campus, and these campers are also instructed to bring a swimsuit and towel.

Process Technology: Safety and Skills Camp has campers explore career paths and labs used to train in Process Technology, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Instrumentation. Explore Apprenticeships 2.0 includes exploring job skills, learning opportunities, self-advocacy, and careers in apprenticeship-related industries through industry-specific instruction, hands-on activities, interest assessments, workshops, and worksite tours.
Camp STEMPACT introduces campers to engineering careers and educational opportunities through behind-the-scenes experiences at Space Center Houston and includes hands-on team projects, lab experiments, critical thinking skill development, and SAT math preparation; these camps are free for ages 14–18. Robots Rumble is a four-day camp for ages 11–13 where participants design, build, and code 18x18 inch metal robots, and every child goes home with their own robot. Young CEO Camp is a free, immersive one-week camp with limited space where campers develop a business plan, marketing strategy, business financing, and networking skills.
