Milam Youth Center (MYC) offers activities such as Youth Led Baking, Creative Expression, Dungeons & Dragons, Rock Climbing, Bowl Me Over, Kids Day on the Wall, Thunder Volleyball Open League, and Youth Sports Plex: Winter Volleyball. The program also runs special events and themed activities including Art & Hobby Galantines Hand Built Mug Class With Vanessa Clark, Big Game Bash, The Big Game + Madden 26 Tourna-Bowl, Commander's Cup E Sports Tournament, Snow Sledding, Run For The Fallen, and a Wine Tour.

Milam Youth Center (also referred to as MYAC) is described as a top quality neighborhood middle school and teen center that is equipped with a skate park, a Youth Technology Lab, a Project Activity Room, a Great Room with a small stage, a full size gymnasium, a climbing wall, a Culinary Arts Center, a staff and training room, an outdoor area with basketball and lounge chairs, and a garden. Eligibility includes young people in the 6th through the 12th grade as of the first day of school who are dependents of Active Duty Military, Military Retirees, Reservists, National Guard, and Civilian Employees to Fort Bliss. Transition from SAS to MS&T takes place in the last two weeks of summer vacation, and CYS registration takes place through CYS Parent and Outreach Services. The program operates under DFMWR, whose mission is to integrate and deliver Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation programs and services enabling readiness and resilience for a globally-responsive Army.
