About
Nike Volleyball Camp Fort Worth offers All Skills Camp and Advanced Camp sessions that include drills and games such as five on five games and steal the bacon. The camp is described as packed with great training and fun, and it provides post camp evaluations that show areas where improvement is necessary and where proficiency and mastery exist.
• Ages: 10–18 years old
• Schedule: June 8–11, 2026; All Skills Full Day runs daily from 9:00am–3:00pm
• Price: All Skills Full Day: $395; Advanced Full Day: $395
The camp is led by Krista McCormick, Director for Eagle Mountain Volleyball Club, and April Schneider, Director of Eagle Mountain Volleyball Club, along with their coaching staff. Coach Krista has been coaching for over 30 years and has coached multiple sports and multiple age levels, including elementary, middle school, high school, and three years at the collegiate level. She has run multiple camps and clinics, as well as varsity returner camps for multiple high school programs. She recently retired from teaching and from the varsity coaching position at the International Leadership of Texas Keller/Saginaw High School in Fort Worth, Texas, where she led her team to the 2015 State Championship title and a 2016 State Final Four finish, and she also led her ILTexas Keller High School soccer team to the 2016 State Championship title. The camp notes a low camper to staff ratio, excellent training facilities and coaching staff, and that girls ages 10–18 of all skill levels are welcome. Multi-day camps include a Nike Volleyball Camps T-shirt and prizes, and families are offered flexible cancellation options and the ability to secure a spot at current rates with a deposit.
Parent reviews report that campers improved skills over four days, learned new skills, and worked with a lot of different coaches and players. Parents mention great sportsmanship, individualized attention in a smaller camp setting, and that campers enjoyed meeting new friends and working with talented coaches. Reviews also mention that campers liked the post camp evaluations, learned a new way to serve with power, and had chances to work on specific positions such as setting. Several parents note that their children’s confidence and self-esteem improved, that they are looking forward to participating again or coming back next year, and that the camp experience was fun and away from tryout pressure. One parent specifically highlighted enjoying the five on five games and steal the bacon.
