About

Trinity Valley School Co-Curricular Programs include outdoor adventure, environmental education, wilderness expedition programming, archeology, and high ropes courses. The Trojan Outdoor Experience (TOE) Program is a central part of these offerings and engages students in these outdoor and experiential activities. A defining aspect of the TOE Program is the opportunity for older students to lead and mentor their younger peers in TOE experiences.

• Ages: 4–18 years old

The Trojan Outdoor Experience (TOE) Program is in its fifth decade. Trinity Valley School also offers a Global Education Program with a multicultural curriculum and virtual and in-person exchanges for Lower, Middle, and Upper School students. Through this Global Education Program, students from Pre-K through grade 12 engage with content that addresses the world’s collective humanity, similarities across the globe, and ways to navigate cultural variations with dignity. The arts program includes experiences for all students and offers engaging and challenging options for those planning to pursue the arts after graduation from Trinity Valley School. The athletic department states as its mission the goal of inspiring extraordinary students to become competent, competitive, character-based athletes.

Trinity Valley School is a PK–12, co-ed, independent school. The school’s mission lists four main objectives for its students: fine scholarship with its fulfillment at college, the development of wide constructive interests, intelligent citizenship, and spiritual and moral development which promotes lasting values. The Trojan Outdoor Experience (TOE) Program and the broader school community reflect a sense of family that has been a hallmark of the school since its founding in 1959. The leadership team includes Head of School Ben Courchesne, with Mr. Stephen Seleny as the founding headmaster. TVS students participate in community involvement through hosting and visiting others and by using technology to communicate with students in other countries.
