Epic Rec Youth Programs offers after-school programs, summer camps, youth sports, group classes, and Parents Night Out. Participants can also take part in CrossFit 2960, Groupfit, Hyrox Training Club, open gym and self-directed activities, aquatic fitness classes such as water aerobics, lap swimming, open swim hours, swim lessons, and birthday parties.
