Hereford Sports & Wellness Sports Programs

Hereford Sports & Wellness Sports Programs offers sports leagues along with access to a gym, weight room, and cardio equipment. The program also includes group fitness classes as part of membership, and hosts a wide variety of family-friendly sports leagues for people of all ages, with leagues available for many different sports.

• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: Open Monday–Thursday 5am–10pm, Friday 5am–8pm, Saturday 8am–5pm, and Sunday 1pm–5pm

It is the mission of Hereford Sports & Wellness to provide wholesome sports programs, fitness opportunities, and other community-building activities for citizens of Hereford and the surrounding region.
