Language Kids World offers foreign language programs for children that include language immersion camps with interactive games, storytelling, music, play, and singing. Children participate in hands-on cultural workshops, outdoor explorations and adventures, and creative activities that include creative expression, dancing, and games. Some camp activities also include cooking Peruvian delicacies, skiing through Andean snow, and sunbathing in Argentine warmth as part of the cultural themes.

Language Kids World offers immersion camps in Spanish, French, Mandarin Chinese, English, and American Sign Language, as well as Spanish immersion Spring Break camps, School-Out Day camps, and Winter camps at the Heights campus. The organization also provides language immersion programs and language tutoring services in Houston, along with online tutoring for Spanish, Mandarin, French, American Sign Language, and more. Language Kids World is celebrating its 15th summer camp season and has more than two decades of language teaching experience. The leadership team includes Vanessa Simpson, M.Ed., Founder, Director of Education, and Chief Explorer, and Matthew Warren, Vice President and Co-Explorer. All educators are native-speaking professionals with experience working with children, have received extensive training in the organization’s methodology, complete several online and in-person language acquisition trainings and workshops each year, are tested for linguistic proficiency in their native language, and undergo extensive background checks. The mission of Language Kids World is to guide children on a joyful and enriching journey into foreign languages, nurture fluency, friendship, and curiosity about diverse cultures, offer language tutoring services and language immersion programs in Houston, and cultivate open-minded global citizens who embrace cultural diversity and the unique qualities of others.
