RARE Learning is a hi-touch learning program that is delivered as an Early Learners’ Day Out Pre-K program and a summer academic enrichment program. The Early Achievers Preschool Program is a Texas State-licensed academic preschool program. It offers an all year around preschool program for young learners ages 3–5 and teaches early reading, math, and science skills to 2- to 5-year-old children year-round. The program uses a licensed Pre-K curriculum based on Texas standards offered at city recreation centers in the DFW area and combines technology tools and one-on-one instruction.

The program uses age-appropriate engaging activities with a theme-based curriculum, a hands-on, play-based curriculum, and a caring environment with play-based learning and structured activities. It includes one-on-one individualized math and language curriculum, a personalized curriculum with lesson plans and worksheets tailored for each child to progress at their own pace, and dedicated time in class to build a child's attention span for academic success. The program includes a hands-on approach with creative activities like art, music, and storytelling and offers an immersive experience that develops critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork. It has set the standard for the lowest teacher-student ratios in early childhood education through its quality preschool and summer programs, and its preschool is guided by experienced educators who specialize in early childhood development.

Summer workshops in the Youth Media Workshops are designed to provide a dynamic and creative learning experience and strive to build teamwork skills while making learning enjoyable. These workshops include activities such as filmmaking, claymation, Junior Newsroom, photography, camera work, lighting, composition, and video production.

Parent feedback about the program includes comments that a four-year-old who joined RARE Learning went from being read to, to reading to the parent after a few months, and that teachers pay special attention to a child's learning. Parents have described the program as academically strong, with one parent noting that a four-year-old was able to add numbers, and others stating that their three-year-olds were learning a lot and that they noticed their child learning so much within a few weeks. Parents have also mentioned an easy atmosphere, an amazing teacher, that their child is very happy, and that the teachers are wonderful.
