Kids' Zone Learning Center - Jarrell West

Steve and Donna Brown opened the first Kids' Zone in 2000. Whitney Hicks is the owner and Chief Operating Officer of all locations and serves as General Manager, and she describes herself as having the privilege of being the steward of her parents' dreams of childcare centers throughout local communities. The Jarrell West location lists Kelsey Davis as Director, and Kelsey has been working in childcare for over 7 years and has been with Kids' Zone since 2019. The Kids' Zone Child Care Centers have multiple locations, including Jarrell East, Jarrell West, Jarrell Downtown, Georgetown, Belton, Salado, and Caldwell. The mission statement explains that Steve and Donna firmly believed that being good examples of Christian living was paramount when teaching young children, and that the program continues Donna’s legacy of caring for children in a Christian-based, safe, loving environment.
