JUMPS Preschool

JUMPS Preschool includes daily activities such as Bible Stories, Circle Time, Stories and Books, Arts and Crafts, Learning Centers, Music and Movement, Indoor Recess/Playground, Quiet Time, Snack Time, and Lunch Time. The program uses lessons that are designed to help children acquire knowledge and an understanding of the world around them, use language to effectively communicate and to facilitate learning and thinking, acquire and refine basic physical skills (gross and fine motor), develop an awareness of good health and safety practices, and develop a sense of curiosity, creativity and imagination which will promote a lifelong love for learning. The program has small class sizes and has limited openings available for the 2025–26 school year.

JUMPS Preschool is located at JUMPS Preschool at Joshua Methodist Church and is described as an Allergy Friendly Campus and a PEANUT-FREE CAMPUS. Families are asked not to bring any peanuts or peanut products, and to include the child’s latest vaccination report with the enrollment forms. The program’s mission statement says that it believes all children are gifts from God and that its mission is to minister to families by providing a quality children’s childcare ministry which offers parental peace of mind, and to seek to provide spiritual, social and academic growth for the children of these families. The leadership team lists Jennifer Higgins as Director and JUMPS Director.
