Kilgore College Summer Camps include activities such as football, pickleball, Rangerette dance camps, and hands-on theatre workshops. The program also offers several specific sports and theatre sessions, including softball, girls’ and boys’ basketball, and a Texas Shakespeare Festival High School Acting Workshop. From football and pickleball to the Rangerette dance camps and theatre workshops, there is something happening almost every week during the summer.
• Ages: 5–17 years old
• Schedule: Camps and workshops run on set dates in June, July, and August, with sessions ranging from one-day events to multi-day camps.
• Price: Softball Youth Skills Camp: $60. Girls’ Basketball Camp: $60. Texas Shakespeare Festival High School Acting Workshop: $650. Boys’ Basketball Camp: $75. Softball Prospect Camp 1: $100. Softball Prospect Camp 2: $100.
The Softball Youth Skills Camp runs for two days from June 30, 2026, to July 1, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to noon each day. The Girls’ Basketball Camp runs for four days from July 6–9, 2026, from 9 a.m. to noon each day. The Texas Shakespeare Festival High School Acting Workshop runs for six days from July 14–19, 2026. The Boys’ Basketball Camp runs for four days from July 14–17, 2026, from 9 a.m. to noon each day. Softball Prospect Camp 1 is a one-day camp on July 23, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Softball Prospect Camp 2 is a one-day camp on August 23, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Stephanie Williams is associated with the Softball Youth Skills Camp, and Robert Byrd is associated with the Boys’ Basketball Camp. The Kilgore College Foundation, in partnership with the Longview Area Association of Realtors, will host Let’s Glow Crazy Bingo on Thursday, Sept. 3, at the Maude Cobb Convention Center in Longview.
