About
Youth & Teen Programs: BC Fencing: Youth Enrichment Program introduces participants to fencing, including basic fencing skills. The program includes work on attack and defense techniques as part of its fencing activities. Classes take place in the evening as part of the Youth & Teen non-credit offerings at Brazosport College.
• Ages: 6–18 years old
• Schedule: BC Fencing: Youth Enrichment Program meets from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Community Education Youth and Teen programs are non-credit courses created to provide a variety of activities, classes, and experiences that encourage personal growth, skill development, and social interaction, tailored to meet the distinct needs and interests of youth ages 6–12 and teenagers. Brazosport College has served as the college of choice for students in southern Brazoria County since 1968. In 2013 and 2015, the Aspen Institute ranked Brazosport College among the top 10 community colleges in the nation, and other awards include Safest College Campus in Texas and a Top 10 Beautiful Yet Affordable College Campus in the nation. Brazosport College is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award associate and baccalaureate degrees. Partnership programs between the college, community, and local industry leaders are steered by the Brazosport College Foundation to help ensure student success.
