DFW Surf Summer Camps are described as Summer Watersports Adventure Camps starting at age 6, with no prior experience needed for camps and basic swimming skills required. Camp Tubular is described as perfect for first-timers ages 6–12, Beginner Surf Camp is for ages 7–16, and Camp Surfer (All-Day Surf Camp) is for ages 7–18 and requires basic wakesurfing skills. New for 2026, all camps will be at their Grapevine location, and custom Beginner Surf Camps for 2026 can be offered any week except August at the Grapevine location starting at 2 pm. Private boat charters include gas and allow up to 10 persons on the boat.

DFW Surf is described as “The original Wake Surf School, since 2007,” and since 2007 they have helped pioneer stand up paddle boarding and wake surfing. In 2009 they brought stand up paddleboarding to the area, and in 2012 they expanded their operation to Lake Lewisville. In 2011, DFW Surf founder Tyler Marshall, along with Don Anderson and Mike Kekoa, created the DFW Surf Club. The leadership team includes founder Tyler Marshall and coaches Tyler, Todd, Nick, Jim, Justin, and Tina.

The DFW Surf Club was created in an effort to unite paddlers and surfers in a Hawaiian-like community, and today the club continues to introduce new people to lake life, to a sense of community, and to peace of mind on the water. The DFW Surf Club offers unlimited paddleboard, kayak, and bike usage, plus unlimited classes and tours, weekly surfing, member parties, discounts on gear, and the option to bring a friend for free.
