TEGA Kids offers gymnastics, tumbling, Ninja Zone, swimming, childcare, camps, birthday parties, showcases, and other events. The program also provides Open Gym options, including Preschool Open Gym, as well as Friday Night Fun, School Holiday Camps, After School Care, and Summer Kids Day Out.

• Schedule: Preschool Open Gym on Fridays from 9:30–11am, and Friday Night Fun one Friday per month
• Price: $20 for kids over 18 months for Preschool Open Gym; Friday Night Fun ages 5–12 is $30 pre-register / $35 at the door
TEGA Kids is a trusted activity center for children ages six months to eighteen years and has been celebrating 30 years of bringing child-centered programs to Lubbock and the surrounding areas. The program has two TEGA Kids locations in Lubbock, Texas. Leadership includes owners Jeff and Michelle Dow, with roles such as Team Coordinator, Programs Manager, Childcare Manager, Girls Head Coach, Boys Head Coach, XCEL Head Coach, Swim Director, and Social Media Coordinator. TEGA Kids was voted Best of Lubbock and Best of the West. The program offers a NEW LEAP Preschool enrolling for the 2025–26 school year and allows children to try a class for free in gymnastics, ninja, and swim. One parent shared that their family has attended gymnastics since their child was 18 months old, and their children have also joined summer camp, swimming, and ninja.
