The Little Gym Camps include gymnastics, movement, games, creative adventures, active play, skill-building games, and imaginative play. Theme-based camps use exciting weekly themes where each week has a new theme and every day brings fresh energy. Camps are indoor camps for kids that turn time off into unforgettable fun and combine active play, skill-building games, and creative adventures in a nurturing environment, and every day of purposeful play brings fresh energy. Camps are perfect for ages 3–10 and are open to all skill levels, and each child must be bathroom independent.

The Little Gym Camps are part of The Little Gym, whose gymnastics programs are for children ages 4 months to 12 years and their parents and focus on movement and imaginative play. The Little Gym uses a Three-Dimensional Learning philosophy called Get Moving, Brain Boost, and Citizen Kid, with programs that get kids moving, boost their brainpower, and improve social and emotional learning. The Little Gym offers flexible scheduling options with lots of options for summer, and also offers Parent Survival Night, as well as birthday parties and camps that are educational and fun. Gyms are described as safe spaces for children and parents to explore gymnastics and more. The first The Little Gym opened in 1976 in Bellevue, Washington, and over forty-five years later there are more than 300 locations worldwide.
Through its Big Hearts philanthropic and sustainability program, The Little Gym looks for simple and effective ways to positively impact communities so all children today and in the future have a safe and healthy place to live and grow.
