Fitt Life Summer Camp

Fitt Life Summer Camp is part of Fitt Life’s Ninja Summer camps, where kids take part in activities in an indoor ninja gym and on an outdoor obstacle course. The program also takes place in a family friendly atmosphere that is described as a gym atmosphere where anyone can be successful. Fitt Life Summer Camp is offered at a faith based fitness club that also hosts birthday parties and special events for kids.

Fitt Life was established in 2016 with a stated mission of improving lives through fitness in a family friendly atmosphere and creating a place for families to work out together and build a sense of community within the gym. Three years after it was established, Fitt Life grew into an 8,000 square foot location after starting in a 200 square foot garage gym and then moving to a 3,000 square foot building. The leadership team includes Casey Adams, who is the owner and lead trainer at Fitt Life, and Sandi Adams, who is the co-owner of Fitt Life and a graduate of SFASU. Sandi is also an active member of the Junior League of Lufkin, a board member of the Pregnancy Help Center of Lufkin, and active at Timbercreek Church.
