Plano Sports Authority Youth Sports Programs offers a wide range of activities, including basketball, soccer, volleyball, baseball, softball, football, cheer, jiu-jitsu, kickboxing, wrestling, track, dance, and pickleball. The program also includes flag football, tackle football, and adult options such as adult yoga and performance and adult sports in basketball, soccer, and flag football. PSA McSweeney offers jiu-jitsu, kickboxing, wrestling, and adult yoga and performance, and the organization provides six indoor pickleball courts with open play seven days a week, a Saturday challenge court, and court rental options.

Plano Sports Authority awards scholarships based on a family's financial need, size, and annual income using a sliding scale, and PSA sponsors support youth sports and community development through resources, scholarships, and facility improvements. PSA McKinney now serves over 100,000 athletes annually.
