Boys & Girls Club of Mission Youth Programs and Athletic Programs include homework help, tutoring, and future readiness programs, along with activities such as Triple Play, Healthy Habits, Emotional Wellness/Core, Passport to Manhood, and SMART Girls. The athletic programs include volleyball, flag football, basketball, baseball, softball, and soccer for boys and girls of different skill levels. Volunteer roles in these programs include helping with homework, mentoring students, coaching sports, and assisting with practices and games.

The Boys & Girls Club of Mission was established in 1984. Its mission is to enable all young people—especially those who need them most—to realize their full potential as responsible, productive, and caring citizens. The work is carried out in honor of Ramon Rosales Jr., whose dedication and service to the Mission community continue to inspire their efforts to support the next generation. The leadership team includes Chief Executive Officer Ricardo Venecia, Vice President of Organizational Development Amanda Hernandez, Vice President of Operations Sujei Rodriguez, Program Administrator Andrea Perez, Unit Supervisor Esau Garza, Athletic Supervisors Roman De Leon and Sarahi Rivas, Custodian (FT) Jose Moncada, and Receptionist Aimee Hidrogo.
