Since 2004, the stated objective of Sienna Stallions Youth Football and Cheer has been to provide the children of Sienna and surrounding areas with an organized outlet to promote self-awareness, and the program uses the motto, “Practice Winning Every Day.” The organization is a franchise of the Fort Bend Youth Football League, and its website is powered by SportsEngine's Sports Relationship Management (SRM) software. The Purple & White Tailgate Party is presented by Little Woodrow’s Sugar Land and features a DJ, food from Little Woodrow’s, Mister Softee Ice Cream, BG Cornhole, face tattoos, a Selfie Photo Station, and more, with an option to reserve a Tailgate Table for 8 with food and drink included.

In 2023, Stallions Seniors were Super Bowl Runner-Ups, Stallions Juniors were Super Bowl Champions, Stallions Sophomore were Lone Star Bowl Champions, Stallions Freshman were Lone Star Bowl Champions, and Stallions Flag were Super Bowl Champions. Stallions Cheer earned 1st Place in Game Time and 2nd Place in Showcase at the FBYFL Cheer Extravaganza.

Participants must purchase their own helmet and shoulder pads, either new or gently used from the organization at discounted prices or through a retailer, and equipment purchased through the Stallions is theirs to keep. Participants also need to purchase black practice pants, and program fees pay for items such as field rentals, game jerseys and pants, insurance, league dues, referees, police officers, and EMT.
