The Well offers tutoring, after-school STEAM activities, robotics, art classes, academic and elective courses, summer STEAM programs, literacy programs, sports programs, math tutoring, and science programs. The program includes tutoring and a wide range of academic and elective courses for home-school students, as well as year-round tutoring and after-school STEAM activities for public-school students. The Well also runs its own Flex School with part-time and full-time schooling options that use smaller class sizes and a more tailored approach to education.

The Well’s mission is to enrich the culture of Pampa and the surrounding communities by supporting students in their pursuit of academic, extracurricular and career goals, regardless of their chosen school setting. The Well’s founder, Paul Rayburn, began tutoring students in October 2016. The Well opened its first location in February 2016, was incorporated as a 501c3 in March 2016, and offered its first set of summer programs in 2016. The program reports more than 80 public-school students enrolled in weekly tutoring, more than 50 home-school students taking support classes, and more than 120 K–12 full-time students in its Flex School, with 26 employees. The Well states that it is 100% committed to the growth and health of students and families.
The Well has supporting partners including local organizations and individuals. Dozens of individuals donated over $60,000 in the last 12 months toward scholarships, operating costs and increasing capacity. LBK Roofing serviced the roof free-of-charge for years before replacing it completely, free-of-charge. Industrial Oils has donated $15,000 toward building improvements. B&L PipeCo matches up to $20,000 in scholarship donations annually. Intersect has donated over $100,000 toward scholarships and summer programs over the last three years. The Pampa United Way has donated $10,000 to The Well for discretionary use. Xcel Energy has donated more than $40,000 for equipment and supplies for summer programs over the last eight summers. ProMan donates $2,000 annually toward scholarships and equipment for summer programs. Larry Baker has donated labor and materials for multiple projects at the new location, including the installation of AC units and the plumbing for the culinary class kitchen.
