Camp Summit is a weeklong residential camp with overnight sessions from Sunday through Friday, and several one-day programs are offered each year. It also offers summer camp all summer long, fall camp throughout the fall, a residential Deaf-Blind Camp each July, and A.C.O.R.N. weekend camping or a day of nature study. The camp serves ages 6 to 19, and campers are grouped by age.

About the provider
Camp Summit has provided a barrier-free outdoor experience for children and adults with disabilities since 1947. It is accredited by the American Camp Association and licensed as a Youth Camp in the State of Texas. The camp says its emphasis is on each camper's abilities rather than their disabilities.
