Alpha Omega Gymnastics & Dance offers girls gymnastics, boys gymnastics, preschool gymnastics, competitive gymnastics teams, Shining Stars Dance, Upper School Dance, tumbling, Kids Ninja Warrior, cheerleading, aerial acrobatics, and aerial silks. The program also offers On-Demand Gymnastics, Dance, and Ninja Warrior classes that are delivered to preschools, day cares, churches, schools, and other sites, and brings in equipment such as bars, a trampoline, tumble tracks, mats, and more. Dance options include multiple programs for children 16 months to 7 years old to learn movement through dance, as well as ballet, jazz, and tap for boys and girls ages 8 and up at all skill levels. Tumbling classes are offered for boys and girls ages 6 and up with beginner, intermediate, and advanced groups. The Kids Ninja Warrior class uses various challenging obstacle courses that test strength, flexibility, and agility, and the cheerleading program focuses on skill building and growth in All Star Cheerleading in a low pressure environment. Aerial acrobatics uses apparatus such as aerial silks or ropes and is described as similar to something seen in Cirque du Soleil, combining strength, beauty, and athleticism, and the aerial silks class uses one or two pieces of fabric to demonstrate athletic skills including strength, dance, and acrobatics.
