About
Bridge to Success Summer Bridge Program is a 3-week summer bridge program that includes English workshops, Math workshops, and the Basic Achievement Strategies for College course (BASC1200). The program also includes many enjoyable activities and events, tutoring sessions for assignments and exams, and chances for students to collaborate on study techniques. Participants take part in social outings such as dining and attending Wayland athletics events, with support from student mentors and tutors and access to academic coaching services.
• Schedule: 3-week summer bridge program
• Price: Participants have the opportunity to cultivate their collegiate skills while earning their first college credits entirely tuition-free.
This initiative is meticulously crafted to empower First Time in College First-Generation students and/or students with Limited Financial Resources with essential skills and bolster their confidence prior to embarking on their journey in the Fall semester. The Disability Services office furnishes assistance and accommodations to students with disabilities, and Title V Scholarships are available for Hispanic, First-Generation, and/or Low-Income students as a limited opportunity with awards dependent on available funds. Enrollment is limited to a select group of 35 students.
