RARE Learning’s Early Achievers Preschool Program is a Texas State-licensed academic preschool program with a licensed Pre-K curriculum based on Texas standards and a curriculum based on Texas standards offered at city recreation centers in the DFW area. The program has operated since 2003 and offers an all year around preschool program for young learners ages 3–5, delivered as an Early Learners’ Day Out Pre-K program and a summer academic enrichment program. It uses a theme-based curriculum with one-on-one individualized math and language curriculum, combines technology tools and one-on-one instruction to teach early reading, math, and science skills to 2- to 5-year-old children year-round, and includes personalized lesson plans and worksheets tailored for each child to progress at their own pace. The program states that it has set the standard for the lowest teacher-student ratios in early childhood education through its preschool and summer programs, and describes its approach as hi-touch, hands-on, play-based, and focused on children as active explorers, with dedicated time in class to build a child's attention span for academic success. Summer workshops are described as providing a dynamic and creative learning experience and striving to build teamwork skills with engaging activities while making learning enjoyable.

The preschool is guided by experienced educators who specialize in early childhood development. Parent comments include reports of children reading after a few months in the program, enjoying studying and liking to attend, learning to add numbers at age four, and “learning a lot” within a few weeks. Parents also describe the atmosphere and teacher as “easy” and “amazing,” say their children are very happy, and state that the teachers are “wonderful.”
