WinShape Camps for Communities Day Camp offers a full-day schedule that includes times for check-in, group activities, skills, worship, and end-of-day wrap-up. Each day includes sessions called Wake Up!, Rec!, Team Time, Village Rally, Skill 1, Skill 2, Power Surge, and Check Out, along with snack times and lunch brought from home.

Meals and snack times are nut free, and families are asked not to send any food or snacks that contain any type of nuts; snacks containing nuts are returned to the camper at the end of the session or week. The program provides snacks during the day, while families provide lunch. At the end of the week, the program includes a family day with a Chick-fil-A lunch on Friday.
WinShape Camps states that its mission is to glorify God by creating experiences that transform campers and families with the message of Jesus Christ, and each part of the day is centered around Jesus. The organization describes its summer staff as professionally trained, with over 800 staff members from about 100 colleges and universities in more than 30 states. Each applicant goes through an extensive application process and a 30-minute face-to-face interview, followed by a background check and safety training, and then a week of development led by experts. WinShape Camps International also works with local partners to run day camp experiences in Brazil and Costa Rica during the spring and summer.
