Powerhouse Martial Arts & Fitness of Rockport

Powerhouse Martial Arts & Fitness of Rockport offers martial arts and taekwondo-based training for kids and adults, including kids martial arts lessons and an adult martial arts program. The program includes TaeKwonDo lessons and an After School TaeKwonDo Program, along with age-based classes such as the Power Cubs (Ages 4–5) program, the Juniors (Ages 6–10) program, and the Teens (Ages 11–15) program. The adult martial arts program is described as a high-impact, results-driven full-body workout.

For over a decade, Powerhouse Martial Arts & Fitness of Rockport has served the Rockport community as a neighborhood martial arts academy and martial arts and fitness school. All of the instructors are First-Aid certified. The After School TaeKwonDo Program includes daily martial arts training at no extra cost and provides structured TaeKwonDo lessons. The Power Cubs program focuses on coordination, listening skills, and basic motor functions in a structured setting. The Juniors program includes instruction in anti-bullying strategies and stranger awareness, and the Teens program offers tailored self-defense and life skill instruction. Powerhouse Martial Arts & Fitness does not lock students into long-term contracts, and membership can be paused with written notice in advance. Through its dynamic taekwondo-based training system, the academy states that it has helped students of all ages build confidence, develop discipline, and grow in character, while supporting healthier habits, physical fitness, and mental focus.
