Beloved and Beyond offers camps, socialization, on the job training, a job training program, a transition program, and retreats for people who have differing abilities. The program includes Family Camp Weekend, Winter Respite Weekend, Spring Break Camp, Summer Campers programs, the Beloved Volunteers program, and a Summer Staff program. Beloved and Beyond also runs the Beyond Team job training program for former campers.

Beloved and Beyond’s mission statement is that it exists to spread the hope and love of Jesus Christ with people who have differing abilities through camps, socialization and on the job training while growing the community to embrace the same. It is a Christian camp ministry for children and young adults who have special needs. The organization owns and operates its own camp facility near Rosebud, Texas.
The leadership team includes Glen Elder (Executive Director, Founder), Laura Elder (Program Director, Founder), Ethan Perry (Executive Assistant), Logan Elder (Facilities Manager), Rhonda Easley (Administrative Assistant), Debbie Martin (Beyond Team Director), Hannah Cason (Retreats Coordinator), Becca Ballard (Beyond Team Coordinator), and Emily Rayburn (Program Associate). The Board of Directors includes Glen and Laura Elder, Jodi Ferguson, Steve Davenport (President), Cherie Ruffino, Shelly Nalbone, Jason Johnson, and Maura Johnson.
Beloved and Beyond grows the community to embrace people with differing abilities and involves volunteers, former campers, families, and nursing students in camp ministry and special needs ministries.
