Game Active Learning Center is the proud home of Game’s invitation only, award-winning Girl’s Competitive Gymnastics Team. Game’s Private School services Pre-K through 8th grade with accredited teachers and low classroom ratios. The program offers engaging electives, a hand-tailored lesson plan, weekly swim classes, monthly field trips, and a Summer Camp filled with in-house activities for all ages, with Pro Players (ages 5+) going on field trips twice each week and Little Rookies (18 months–5 years) having a Splash Day. The Dance Program offers Ballet, Jazz, and Hip Hop classes for students ages 3–10, and dance students participate in annual Spring and Winter recitals. Several employees started off in the Preschool Program, and many current students are second or third generation Gamers.
Before + After School Programs provide a high energy outlet to burn off steam from the day and include a complimentary program of homework assistance available to all students who wish to join. Complimentary gymnastics classes are offered weekly for all students in the Preschool Program, and Tumbling and Cheerleading classes are available upon request. Fresh fruits and vegetables are offered every day as snacks, and snacks are available to all after schoolers and any preschoolers enrolled in the Lunch Program.
The mission statement for Game Active Learning Center is: “From toddlerhood to preteen years. Feel confident placing your child in a learning environment that builds strong bodies and sharp minds.” One parent reports that a daughter has attended since 18 months old, that the staff loves her, and that concerns are handled through email and calls with the owners. Other parents and grandparents describe the staff and coaches as awesome, amazing, friendly, welcoming, and polite, and note that children enjoy coming, seeing friends, and having fun. Several testimonials mention daughters excelling in gymnastics and tumbling, coaches encouraging children to do their best while teaching good sportsmanship and confidence, and leaders such as Coach Valerie and Mr. Morgan going above and beyond for the girls. Parents also report good communication, weekly updates on what children are improving on and learning, help with potty training, and that some children have grown in areas such as speech and behavior. Multiple families mention the convenience of the program and say their children love going and are in good hands.
