San Angelo YMCA Youth Programs include a wide range of activities such as swim lessons, Swim Club, Learn to Swim Week, and a Lifeguard Course, along with Afterschool and Day Camps and a pre-school option called Y's Little Explorers. The program also offers Kids Night Out, Gamer Choice, Open Play, Dungeons & Dragons, Esports Clubs, Introduction to 3D Animation, and various tournaments. Youth and adults can take part in sports like tennis, basketball, volleyball, tackle football, and adult sports such as Noon Ball, pickleball, and adult volleyball, as well as group fitness options including personal training, bootcamp, H2O Aerobics, Silver Sneakers, Zumba, Build N' Burn, chair yoga, toning, and HIIT, plus special events like the Children’s Fair and the David Hodges Golf Tournament.

• Schedule: Group fitness options include H2O Aerobics on Mondays and Tuesdays from 7:45 AM to 8:45 AM, Silver Sneakers on Mondays from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM, Zumba on Mondays from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, H2O Aerobics on Mondays from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM, Build N' Burn on Mondays from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, Chair Yoga on Tuesdays from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM, Toning on Tuesdays from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and HIIT on Tuesdays from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM; the Children’s Fair is scheduled for Sunday, April 26, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and the facility is closed on Memorial Day (Monday, May 25) and Independence Day (Saturday, July 4).

The mission of the San Angelo YMCA is to serve the people in the San Angelo community of all faiths, with an emphasis on families and youth, to permit them to achieve their God-given potential in spirit, mind, and body through its programs, staff, facilities, and the community. Community involvement includes the YMCA Scholarship Program, volunteerism, community engagement, corporate wellness, insurance paid memberships, guest passes, a program brochure, and a program waiver.
