About
Palo Alto College Youth Summer Camp includes hands-on activities such as drone flight, forensic science, and robotics, along with hands-on learning in STEM fields like engineering and app development. The program also offers hands-on experiences in STEM, health sciences, and emerging technologies. Sports options include basketball skills camps, a Women’s Volleyball Skills Camp, and a Men’s Baseball Summer Showcase with batting practice, fielding, base running, and pitching evaluations.

• Schedule: STEM Summer Experience for middle school students runs in two-week sessions, and high school and incoming PAC freshmen attend week-long programs; sports skills camps and showcases are scheduled on select Wednesdays in June and July
The STEM Summer Experience is open to students entering grades 6th through 12th. Basketball Skills Camps and the Women’s Volleyball Skills Camp are led by Palo Alto College coaches and players, and athletes of all positions are welcome at the Men’s Baseball Summer Showcase. The program is offered in partnership with United Way for the Alamo Colleges Student Helpline. The Alamo Colleges District, which includes Palo Alto College, has received Insight Into Academia Magazine’s inaugural Top Colleges for Innovation Award, earned 2025 Great Place To Work Certification, and has been named Northside ISD Outstanding Partner of the Year for the secondary school level.
