Jason Reue, Director of Operations, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture with a minor in Secondary Education from Sam Houston State University and is an EMT-Paramedic. Jason and Chelsea Reue purchased Little Texans Preschool and Super Kids Preschool in 2013 and completed major renovations to make the facilities new, clean, and child friendly.
In the Infant Program, the facilities include padded floors, movement monitors, and safe sleep practices. The program’s mission statement says that Brainy Kids Place is committed to providing a safe, developmentally appropriate learning environment for children ages 6 weeks–12 years, with staff focusing on physical, social, emotional, and educational needs and using brain-based research to drive the curriculum. The program uses blended or mixed-age classrooms and a research-based curriculum, and it describes its classrooms as having unique play spaces.
