Highland Lakes Camp includes recreational and team-building activities, interactive Bible studies, and high-energy worship celebrations. Campers take part in small group discussions, fun recreation activities, interactive Bible learning, worship, and fellowship time. The camp offers Journey Camp for 7th–12th grade, Lift Camp for 3rd–6th grade, Kid’s Camp for 1st–3rd grade, and Lead Camp for 7th–12th grade.

Founded in 1954, Highland Lakes Camp offers summer camps for children in 3rd–6th grade, middle school, and high school, as well as an Outdoor Learning Center that provides experiential learning opportunities for groups of all ages. Lead Camp is designed to challenge and equip students to become servant leaders to impact their families, church, school, and communities. Additional events include a Women’s Retreat for women 18 years and older, a Spring Sr. Adult Day for those 55+ with music, entertainment, and lunch, and a Youth Ministers Retreat with roundtable discussions.

The stated mission is: “TRANSFORM LIVES IMPACT GENERATIONS CHANGE THE WORLD FOR JESUS CHRIST. Our programmed camps and retreats are designed with our faith focus in mind to provide opportunities for all of our guests to learn about and grow deeper in their relationship with God.” Mission objectives include introducing people to Jesus Christ, connecting Christians with other Christians, strengthening believers’ faith, challenging believers to serve mankind, providing a safe place of education for all children, teenagers, and adults, teaching leadership, citizenship, personal individual growth, and discipleship in Jesus Christ, and serving ministries and churches by providing a place of retreat. Core values include doing everything to the glory of God, proclaiming and teaching God’s Word as eternal truth, building each other up in unity and love, worshiping God enthusiastically in Spirit and Truth, developing Christ-like servant leaders, giving 100% to complete every task, trusting God’s leadership and boldly taking risk according to his direction, creating and protecting team harmony and unity, recognizing each team member’s important role and spiritual gifts, caring for and loving guests and team members, and impacting the world for Christ.
