The STPGA Junior Golf Program offers programs and tournaments for juniors of all skill levels. Through the STPGA Junior Golf Pathway, there is a spot for any junior, regardless of playing ability or experience. The program’s stated mission is to create lifelong golfers by fostering programs and tournaments for juniors of all skill levels.

The STPGA Junior Golf Program is led and supported by a team that includes Thomas Hutton, PGA – Executive Director; Andrew Gridley – Assistant Executive Director; J.T. Milner – Director of Junior Golf; Claire Calabro – Junior Golf Coordinator; Casey Klassen – Prestige Tour Manager; Dean Pocwierz – Tournament Manager; Brayden Porter – Prestige Tour Coordinator; Kevin Reilly – Prestige Tour Coordinator; Matthew Coughlin – Senior Director of Championships; Lexi Sobieski – Senior Director of Membership; Judy Gee – Membership Services; Sarah Lummus – Foundation Coordinator; Trey Crites – Communications Manager; and Digital Content Coordinators Hannah D'Olimpio and Grace Hand. PGA of America Members and Associates involved with the program are described as world-class professionals who are experts in the game and business of golf. The Foundation connected to the program was formed in 1994. The PGA of America REACH Foundation Southern Texas is a 501(c)3 organization focused on impacting lives and communities through the transformative power of golf. By placing an emphasis on junior golf, the organization states that it believes it not only develops high-character individuals, but also has a direct impact on the future of the game of golf.
