The STPGA Junior Golf Program offers programs and tournaments for juniors of all skill levels. These programs and tournaments are part of the STPGA Junior Golf Pathway, which includes a place for any junior, regardless of playing ability or experience.

The STPGA Junior Golf Program is led by PGA of America Members and Associates, who are described as world-class professionals and experts in the game and business of golf. The program operates under PGA of America REACH Foundation Southern Texas (PGA REACH Southern Texas), which was formed in 1994 and is a 501(c)3 organization. The mission of the STPGA Junior Golf Program is to create lifelong golfers by fostering programs and tournaments for juniors of all skill levels and to place an emphasis on Junior Golf as part of shaping high-character individuals and the future of the game of golf. PGA REACH Southern Texas focuses on impacting lives and communities through golf and annually impacts thousands of individuals through pillars that include Junior Golf, College Scholarships, PGA HOPE, and Employment Opportunities. The leadership team includes Thomas Hutton, PGA (Executive Director), Andrew Gridley (Assistant Executive Director), J.T. Milner (Director of Junior Golf), Claire Calabro (Junior Golf Coordinator), Casey Klassen (Prestige Tour Manager), Brayden Porter (Prestige Tour Coordinator), Kevin Reilly (Prestige Tour Coordinator), Dean Pocwierz (Senior Tournament Manager), Matthew Coughlin (Senior Director of Championships), Lexi Sobieski (Senior Director of Membership), Sarah Lummus (Foundation Coordinator), Charissa Wylie (Business & Office Administrator), Trey Crites (Communications Manager), Grace Hand (Digital Content Coordinator), Hannah D'Olimpio (Digital Content Coordinator), and Natalia Facchinato-Sitja (PGA WORKS Fellow).
