AIM Athletics was founded in 2013. Its owners and head coaches are identical twins Debbie Kaitschuck and Deana Parish. The program says its mission is to create a gymnastics program where exceptional coaching, athlete development, and a commitment to character come together to help every athlete reach her highest potential.
