Victory 1 Sports – ACA Youth Programs offers youth basketball tournaments, leagues, camps, clinics, and private basketball lessons, along with volleyball tournaments, leagues, and volleyball skills training. The program also includes performance, strength, agility, and cardio training, bootcamp sessions, seasonal camps, and separate basketball and volleyball streams. Families can also use court rentals for team practices, pickup games, birthday parties, Futsal, hosting tournaments or leagues, and corporate team-building events, and there are after school program options with homework help, afterschool care, and various exercises.

The stated mission of Victory 1 Sports – ACA is to help young athletes excel in sports. The leadership team includes Eddie Dahl (Owner, VP of Operations), Angela Proctor (Director of After School Program), Michael Daniel, Jr. (Director of Basketball), Mike Hrna (Director of MaxxFIT), and Andre Kellman (Deputy Director of Programs and Operations), who joined ACA Sportsplex on April 1, 2019 as the Deputy Director of Operations and Programs. Victory 1 Sports – ACA is partnered with South Texas Volleyball Academy, and MAXXFIT offers small group and sports-team options for improving full-body fitness. One basketball parent, Susan Boehmer Eckles, notes that a local Upward basketball league moved to this facility and describes it as wonderful, and volleyball parent Wendy Tolento states that the coaches are teaching great skills to build a great foundation.
