Hidden Falls Ranch has been offering summer camp experiences since 1965 and is founded on the principles of God and His Holy Word. Its stated mission is that Hidden Falls Ranch exists to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with youth and families. The leadership team includes Blake Henderson as Executive Director, Jennie Lutz as Marketing & Communications Director, Nate Dalke as Summer Camp and Retreat Coordinator, Noah Olson as Facilities and Ground Manager, and Richard Steel as Board Chairman, along with other board officers and members. Blake Henderson received his Bachelor's Degree in Recreation in 2000 from West Texas A&M University and later received his Master's Degree in Higher Education from Abilene Christian University. Nate Dalke graduated from West Texas A&M in 2000 with a BA in Sports and Exercise Sciences and earned a certificate in youth ministry through Fuller Seminary. Noah Olson focused on HVAC technology in high school.
