Fun-Fair-Positive Soccer (FFPS) offers 5-a-side soccer, with 5 players per side instead of 11 per side. The program runs youth soccer leagues where all players rotate to each position and every player plays equally each game, using a specially designed Equal Substitution System. FFPS uses very safe rules, balanced coed teams, and includes a 100% inclusion program for special needs, with after-registration interviews for parents of children with special needs and possible changes made to help meet each child's needs.

Fun-Fair-Positive Soccer (FFPS) was founded in the spring of 1986 by Jack Hendrie and several parents in Katy, Texas, and in 1995 Jack decided to expand FFPS beyond Katy. Over the last 24 years, FFPS has added 21 new programs for a total of 16,000 players. FFPS is a 501(c)3 non-profit charitable organization that develops youth soccer leagues with local volunteers, using special rules and extensive training given to emphasize fun, fairness, self-esteem building, success, and a positive experience in which positive behavior and positive values can be realized for every player, and the parents are positive fans “For the Kids.”
