SafeSplash Swim School offers swim lessons, group classes, private lessons, adaptive aquatics, adult classes, and competitive swim programs. Lessons are available for babies, kids, teens, and adults, and are tailored to each swimmer’s level.
• Ages: 0–18 years old
SafeSplash Swim School states that life-saving water safety is at the heart of everything they do, providing peace of mind and building trust from the first lesson. The program offers a clear path to mastering 10 essential swim-safety skills, with a goal of “10 Lifesaving Skills in 1 Year or Less” and weekly lessons that focus on safety, confidence, and progress. The S.A.F.E.R. Swimmer Promise includes up to 2 months of free lessons if more time is needed. Lessons are offered for all ages and abilities, from babies to competitive swimmers, and are part of Youth Enrichment Brands, founded in 2020. SafeSplash is part of a network of over 150 locations nationwide, and its sister schools share the same curriculum, certified instructors, and commitment to safety and skill-building.
Instructors at SafeSplash are described as highly skilled, incredibly patient, encouraging, understanding, not pushy, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Families describe front desk staff as welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. Parents and adult swimmers report that instructors work with small classes, tailor teaching to each person, and show consistency over time, with some students training there for multiple years.
The facility is described as clean and well-maintained, with a warm pool, large changing rooms with hair dryers, clothes dryers, bathrooms, and clean showers. There is a kids’ section to color and play in while waiting for class, and loved ones can observe lessons behind glass without interfering with class time. Parents of children with autism and other needs report that staff make accommodations so swimmers can be more comfortable, and that instructors support swimmers who are sensitive to water on their face or head.
SafeSplash has partnered with the National Drowning Prevention Alliance (NDPA), an organization focused on preventing drowning through education, advocacy, and innovation. SafeSplash is the exclusive Platinum Learn-to-Swim provider in the NDPA’s Commitment to Safer Waters program. Testimonials from parents and adult swimmers describe children and adults looking forward to lessons, gaining confidence in the water, and appreciating the welcoming atmosphere and instructor consistency.
