Grand Master Paul Taylor leads the program and was promoted to his 8th degree Black Belt in 2001 at the Shaolin Temple of China, to 9th Degree Black Belt in 2010 with Shihan Joseph Nesta as a witness, and to 10th Degree Black Belt with the title “Grandmaster” in 2012 by 10th Degree Black Belt and Grandmaster Shihan Joseph Nesta. Taylor was acknowledged as a “True Kenpo Master” personally by Professor Nick Cerio in a ceremony in Southern California, created, organized and managed the largest one-day martial arts tournament on the West Coast, and created the largest Martial Arts Instructors College ever. The leadership team includes Sensei Sean Broughton, Sensei Soraya Garcia-Semedo, Grand Master Paul Taylor, and Shihan Joseph Nesta.

Since it opened, Endeavor Martial Arts Center states that it has been dedicated to changing the lives of people one person at a time through martial arts, education and coaching, and it describes its atmosphere as safe, comfortable and welcoming for all students and family members. The program states that it takes pride in creating an environment for individuals to achieve, develop and succeed in their personal goals, and that it strongly believes martial arts can be for everyone, regardless of age, gender or experience level. It states that throughout all of its programs, students will learn skill sets to protect themselves and that it stands behind a realistic and practical approach, confident it will enable every member to achieve greatness and live their best life.

Endeavor Martial Arts Center provides martial arts classes to the Arlington, Virginia Square, Ballston, Rosslyn and Courthouse communities and describes itself as Arlington's Best Martial Arts School. It states that Arlington members have seen improvements in as little as 7 days and that most students are grinning from ear to ear by the end of the class. The program advises families to wear comfortable clothes suitable for sports and to bring a water bottle to martial arts classes.

Parent and student comments describe the senseis as amazing with children, gifted practitioners and instructors, and sharing their love of martial arts in an environment of safety and respect. One testimonial notes that Kempo is the first sport that felt like a good fit for a less athletic adult, and another mentions that being connected to a genuine lineage through Kenpo Grandmaster Taylor makes it an authentic learning experience. A parent of a child on the autism spectrum reports that Sean and Soraya have done an “incredible job” of building the child’s self-confidence and developing his skills.
