Love the Ball Soccer programs were established in 2015 as a year-round soccer training company serving Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. The mission of the program is to empower children through sports by fostering skill development, teamwork, confidence, and a love for movement and healthy play. Programs include developmental youth classes that focus on coordination, balance, and gross motor skills with a soccer ball, with a large emphasis on social interaction, team play, and character development. Mini Kickers classes for ages 3–5 use fun, fantasy-based themes such as pirates, spaceships, and superheroes, and the curriculum introduces dribbling, shooting, changing direction, and gross motor skills such as basic coordination, balance, and speed. Private Individual and Small Group Training uses custom-made drills for defenders, midfielders, strikers, and goalkeepers. Birthday parties include coaches bringing soccer equipment, games, and a scrimmage, and all parties end with a prize for the birthday child.

Love the Ball is led by coach Oliver Freeman, a London-born coach trained at Fulham FC Academy who received elite coaching at the Fulham FC Junior Academy. Oliver Freeman has coached for Chelsea FC in the UK, leading community sessions, holiday camps, and advanced invite-only centers for top regional talent. Love the Ball is an approved vendor with Alexandria, Arlington, and Fairfax County, as well as various Departments of Parks and Recreation, to provide after school programs. The program currently serves more than 30 schools across Virginia, DC, and Maryland and has brought soccer to over 1,000 kids, including through partners such as Enrichment Matters and Falls Church Parks & Recreation.
