Southwestern Youth Association (SYA) Sports Programs offers over a dozen sports, including baseball, Babe Ruth Baseball, Little League Baseball, Tee Ball, Challenger Baseball, travel baseball, basketball, house basketball, SYA AAU Basketball, travel basketball, cheerleading, sideline cheerleading, competition cheerleading, and competitive cheer. The program also offers cricket (including rec and travel cricket), cross country, field hockey, football (tackle and flag), lacrosse, rugby, soccer (including rec and travel soccer), softball (including Little League Softball and travel softball), track & field, SYA Ultimate Frisbee and Ultimate Frisbee, volleyball (including club, house, and travel volleyball), and wrestling. Families can also register for camps and clinics such as Summer Volleyball Clinics – 2026 and Summer Soccer Summer Camp 2026, along with SYA-branded options like SYA Recreational Soccer, SYA Little League Softball, SYA Babe Ruth, SYA Little League Baseball, SYA Flag Football, SYA Travel Baseball, SYA House Volleyball, SYA Recreational Cricket, SYA Track & Field, and SYA Lacrosse.
