Southwestern Youth Association (SYA) Sports Programs offers a wide range of sports, including baseball, Babe Ruth Baseball, Little League Baseball, Tee Ball, Challenger Baseball, travel baseball, basketball, house basketball, SYA AAU Basketball, travel basketball, cheerleading, sideline cheerleading, competition cheerleading, competitive cheer, cricket, rec cricket, travel cricket, cross country, field hockey, football, tackle football, flag football, lacrosse, rugby, soccer, rec soccer, travel soccer, softball, Little League Softball, travel softball, track & field, SYA Ultimate Frisbee, Ultimate Frisbee, volleyball, club volleyball, house volleyball, travel volleyball, and wrestling. The program also runs a Spring Multi-Sport Clinic and SYA Summer Sports Park Multi-Sport Camps, along with SYA-branded offerings such as SYA Recreational Soccer, SYA Little League Softball, SYA Babe Ruth, SYA Little League Baseball, SYA Flag Football, SYA Travel Baseball, SYA House Volleyball, SYA Recreational Cricket, SYA Track & Field, and SYA Lacrosse.
