Summer At The Ridge

Summer At The Ridge is a program where kids make new friends, explore curiosity and creativity, learn skills, and take part in activities described as fun and exciting. The program states a commitment to providing a safe, enjoyable, and exciting experience for all campers in its care. It also shares principles and true stories from the Bible on Wednesdays as part of the weekly routine.

• Ages: 5–12 years old

Summer At The Ridge operates under the organizational umbrella of South Ridge Church and holds to the same beliefs. The overall mission at Summer At The Ridge is to invest in the hearts and minds of young children through fun and rewarding activities to help them grow and mature so they may be better prepared for full and rewarding lives. The program states that it strives to meet each camper's individual needs and to provide an atmosphere for social growth and development while maintaining excellence, value, and purpose within its programs and facility. Their lead staff and many of their counselors are committed to live a Christ-centered life. If a camper has questions from the Wednesday Bible time, staff talk with the parents about those questions with the stated desire to start or continue the conversation with the parents.
